How Quickly We Reach You

Response time depends on where you are. We would rather quote an honest window than an optimistic one, so here is roughly how it breaks down:

30–45 minutes — the Flintshire and Denbighshire coastal corridor: Flint, Holywell, Queensferry, Saltney, Rhuddlan, Prestatyn, Rhyl, Mold, Deeside, Wrexham.
45–60 minutes — the A55 corridor and inner Cheshire: Conwy, Llandudno Junction, Colwyn Bay, Bangor, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Oswestry, Neston, Hooton.
60–75 minutes — Anglesey, Snowdonia, mid-Cheshire and Telford: Holyhead, Llanberis, Blaenau Ffestiniog, Winsford, Wellington, Ironbridge.
75–90 minutes — the far Llŷn Peninsula and southern Meirionnydd: Aberdaron, Tudweiliog, Dolgellau, Newport (Shropshire).

These are typical daytime figures. We will always give you a firm estimate on the phone before you commit, and we will tell you if we are the wrong choice for how urgently you need help.

⚠️ If you have broken down on a motorway (M53, M54, M56) or a smart-motorway section, call the police or National Highways on 999 or 112 first. Get everyone out of the vehicle and behind the barrier. We can attend once the scene is made safe.

Coverage FAQs

Do you charge more if I am further away?+
No. There is no call-out charge and no distance surcharge anywhere in our coverage area. The only thing that changes with distance is how long we take to arrive, and we tell you that honestly when you call.
What if my village is not on your list?+
Call us anyway on 07356 244019. The 121 pages listed above each cover a wide surrounding area of villages, hamlets and lanes. It is very likely you are inside our patch even if your village does not have its own page.
Do you cross the Welsh–English border?+
Yes, freely. We are based in North Wales but cover up to around 50 miles into Cheshire and Shropshire. Chester, Ellesmere Port, Crewe, Shrewsbury, Telford and Oswestry are all standard coverage at standard pricing.
Do you cover Anglesey and the Llŷn Peninsula?+
We cover both in full, including Holyhead, Trearddur Bay, Cemaes, Amlwch and Beaumaris on Anglesey, and right down the Llŷn to Abersoch, Tudweiliog and Aberdaron. Response times are longer at the extremities and we will tell you what to expect.
Are you available at night and at weekends?+
Yes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, across the whole coverage area. There is no out-of-hours premium; a 3am callout costs the same as a 3pm one.
