How Payment Works

You pay once the work is finished and you are happy with it — never up front, and never a deposit to secure a callout. Your technician takes payment at the vehicle, or sends you a secure link if you would rather pay afterwards.

1. We quote before we travel. You get a firm price on the phone, including coming out to you.
2. We do the work. No charge is taken until the job is complete.
3. You pay how you like. Card, contactless, cash, or a secure SumUp link sent to your phone.
4. You get a receipt. Emailed or texted, itemised, with the tyre details for your records.

Payment Methods We Accept

Card payments are processed by SumUp, an FCA-authorised payment institution. We never see or store your full card number, and the payment page is encrypted end to end.

No Call-Out Charge, No Hidden Extras

The price we quote covers the tyre, the fitting, valve, balancing where applicable, disposal of the old tyre, and our journey to you. There is no call-out fee, no mileage charge, no night or weekend premium and no card surcharge.

If we find something on arrival that changes the job — a cracked alloy, a seized locking nut, damage that makes a repair unsafe — we will stop and tell you what it means for the price before we carry on. You are free to say no at that point and there is nothing to pay.

Business and Fleet Accounts

If you run several vehicles we can invoice monthly on account rather than taking payment at each job, with a single itemised statement per vehicle. This suits taxi operators, delivery fleets, trades and hire companies. Email [email protected] or call 07356 244019 to set one up.

Do I have to pay before you come out?+
No. We never take payment or a deposit up front. You pay only when the work is finished and you are satisfied with it.
Is there a charge if I cancel before you arrive?+
No. If your plans change or you sort the problem another way, just let us know and there is nothing to pay.
Can I pay by cash?+
Yes. Cash, card, contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay or an online SumUp link — whichever suits you.
Is there a surcharge for paying by card?+
No. Card and contactless cost the same as cash. There is no processing fee added to your bill.
Will I get a receipt or invoice?+
Yes — itemised, sent by email or text, listing the tyre brand, size and the work carried out. Useful for warranty, business expenses or insurance.
Is the online payment page secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by SumUp, an FCA-authorised payment institution, over an encrypted connection. Mobi Tyre never sees or stores your full card details.
